        I've had 2 of these. I love them except for the fact that the brackets that attach to an outside wall break at the drop of a sock and cannot be repaired.

        My last retractable clothesline was destroyed when a tree fell down on it during a Colorado snowstorm. I love hanging my clothes outside and was quite upset that this happened, so I just had to order another one from your company. This product lasts for years (minus a freak of nature accident)!
